Exam Platform provides mock exams and practice questions for certification tests (such as JLPT, BJT, AWS, and Azure), along with AI-assisted explanations for select content. Exam content is provided for study purposes only and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official certification bodies it references.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The Service is not directed at children under 13, and you must not use it if you are under that age.

4. Free and Premium Access

Some exams and features are available for free; others require a paid Premium subscription. Paid subscriptions are not yet available on the Service. Once launched, subscription pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policy will be presented at checkout and will be processed by a third-party payment provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell exam content or explanations from the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions, timers, or payment gates.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Content Ownership

Exam questions, passages, explanations, and other content on the Service are owned by Exam Platform or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use this content for personal study only.

7. AI-Generated Content

Explanations generated with AI assistance are intended to support your studying and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as the sole or authoritative source of information for an official exam.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any official certification exam. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exam Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
